REMINDER: 2018 Deer Park Resident Survey
If you've already taken our survey, thank you! If not, check out the informations below.
We're conducting a resident survey to make sure we have up-to-date information on the needs and wants of Deer Park Residents and allow for input on what our association should be working on. We want to make sure the work we are doing is as relevant and impactful as possible. You can take the 5-10 minute survey online here: https://goo.gl/forms/t2WKRWljxnSba0B32
Note: You not need to put your name on the survey, but we do ask for an address. Your individual responses will not be shared.
Please feel free to share the survey with anyone in your household or any of your neighbors. If you would like a paper or Spanish copy, contact Mike at email@example.com or 402.840.9018
