All Omaha and nearby area residents who live or volunteer in Deer Park, along with businesses, and organizations located in or do work in Deer Park are encouraged to join!

To complete payment for your membership, we have three options:
Bring a check (or cash) made out to Deer Park Neighborhood Association to one of our monthly meetings or Neighborhood Association events. Meeting times, dates, and locations can be found on Facebook & the Calendar.
Mail a check made out to the Deer Park Neighborhood Association at the address listed below.
Pay via Venmo using the QR code below the form or user ID @DeerParkNeighborhoodAssoc in your app. Please indicate your name you use on this form and your membership type when sending payment so we can apply it correctly (so it doesn't get counted as a donation).
If you want to include an additional donation with your annual membership, please make a separate donation at this time and note it is a donation. This will help us keep our accounting accurate.
